SHIPPING POLICY

We ship using USPS and UPS, offering FREE SHIPPING (ground via USPS/UPS) for all orders, shipping domestically to all 50 US States and APO/FPO addresses. Expedited Shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost. 

​We ask that you ensure the address provided at the time of order is complete and correct. We are unable to recall a package once its been shipped. After shipping, an email will generate providing you tracking details. Please be sure to check your spam filter settings if you do not see the tracking email in your inbox.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Jagerhund, we fully stand behind our products 100%. If you’re ever dissatisfied with the quality of our products, we will offer a refund or exchange for the value of the product price. If you plan to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 21 days of purchase, after which time all sales are final. Refunds typically process within 48-72 hours of processing your returned products.
